What we collect, and why

If you fill in the contact form, we process only what you type, so we can read and answer your message:

• your name;
• your email address;
• the content of your message.

The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry. Please don’t share more sensitive information than you need to in order to ask your question.

Sending via Web3Forms

The form sends your message through Web3Forms, a third-party service that forwards the submission by email to the practice’s inbox. Web3Forms processes your data solely to deliver it. You can read more in the Web3Forms privacy policy. Web3Forms privacy policy.

Hosting

The site is a static website on Cloudflare Pages. In serving it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address in server logs, which it needs to deliver the page securely. No server of ours stores your data.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking cookies and uses no analytics or advertising networks. To limit spam we use a hidden honeypot field that collects no extra data — there is no CAPTCHA or third-party bot detection that profiles your behaviour.

Retention

Your message stays in the practice’s mailbox for as long as it takes to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and is deleted afterwards.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise any of these, get in touch using the details above. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
